Change IP & DNS Settings remotely

Asked by stroppymoppy in Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory, Domain Name Service (DNS)

Tags: , , , ,

I have a 2003 R2 server that was setup at our main office on the main subnet with static IP pointing to itself and the main DNS servers. I have since shipped the server to a remote office and now the server will not allow me to logon as the Domain admin. The server is setup as a DC with DNS, AD etc and i need to change the IP address and DNS settings without being logged on.

Please help

Thanks
