Browse All TopicsHi.
I was running 2 domain controllers (srv1 and srv2) on a first network and 2 other domain controllers (srv3 and srv4) on another network
I have added a new domain controller (srv5) on network2. Since then, I have an error in the event log on srv1:
Source: NTDS KCC
event ID 1925
type: warning
The attempt to establish a replication link for the following writable directory partition failed.
Directory partition:
CN=Configuration,DC=contos
Source domain controller:
CN=NTDS Settings,CN=SRV5,CN=Server
Source domain controller address:
6810ce10-651e-48ed-9dc0-90
Intersite transport (if any):
This domain controller will be unable to replicate with the source domain controller until this problem is corrected.
User Action
Verify if the source domain controller is accessible or network connectivity is available.
Additional Data
Error value:
1722 The RPC server is unavailable.
When I am running a dcdiag, I have the following error:
REPLICATION LATENCY WARNING
ERROR: Expected notification link is missing.
Source srv1
Replication of new changes along this path will be delayed.
This problem should self-correct on the next periodic sync.
Do you have an idea on how to solve this problem ?
Cheers
Jeremy
