Regarding Windows network load balancing...

i configured normal windows network load balancing between my two servers.
server 1 -: 192.168.10.2
server 2-: 192.168.10.3
nbl ip -: 192.168.10.4 (virtual ip) it also genarates a virtual mac

now my server 1 and server 2 are connected to two different ports of a manageable switch. i checked the arp table there was no  arp entry for virtual mac or virtual ip (nlb ip) so i wasnt able to ping 192.168.10.4 from another subnet. so i created a manual entry on port 1 for mac to nlb ip and  i was able to  ping nlb ip.

the iss ue is my server 1 and server 2 are connected to two differene ports. so switch i wont be able to create same virtual mac entry for two different ports so request will go on only port.  so what is the solution to send my request on both the ports ?

Use Unicast instead of Multicast for the NLB. You'll lose connectivity between the hosts, but the routing should work.
