How to deploy an image captured in WDS through BDD2007

We have just started using BDD2007 and WDS to deploy images of Windows XP. I've managed to create the boot image and have an OS from the Windows XP source disc. I have now created a reference PC, syspreped it and captured an image using a WDS capture image. When I go back to BDD and add a new OS from WDS it all goes through fine and I can then create a build and customise Sysprep.inf and Unattend.txt so the language selections/time zones are correct. The problem comes when I try to deploy the image. I boot the Lite Touch Windows PE, select the correct image etc. When it gets to the apply image stage, it all stops and the summary screen says:
