Desktop Wallpaper

Simple solution, I'm sure...
I would assume as domain admin I would be able to set the desktop wallpaper.  Actually I can select something and choose to set as background just fine, but when it comes to going into the properties of the desktop the "position" option is disabled.  I went into the local policy and enabled active desktop, but that did not enabled the 'position" option.

I do not want users who connect remotely to servers to be able to set the backgrounds, I merely wanted to create a desktop wallpaper for the servers under the admin acct for when we connect remotely we have the server name info right there on the desktop wallpaper...Start Free Trial
