Server 2003 requires password after 10 -15 minutes

I have two server 2003 boxes on a 2000 domain.  After 10-15 minutes they used to put up the ctrl-alt-del box and require whichever user was logged in at the time to unlock the computer.  I came in today and one of them no longer does this.  So I thought that was a screen saver setting, with a lock option, so I reset that.  Then I went to the other server that is still doing the lock out thing and low and behold the screen saver on it is set to none.  So now I wonder, what is making the one server 2003 member server lock out whomever is logged in after 10-15 minutes?
