WIndows server 2003 is not mapping the share resources

Zones: Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000 Operating System, Windows Networking

I have a windows server 2003, when I am mapping via GUI or via NET command any share the server is not recognizing the netowork path. I checked that the share folder is accessible and everything is fine.
Besides from the server if I type the UNC path for the share I get access (star/run).

So basically the problem is that the server can't map any share and assing a letter from the GUI or the NET commandline.

Any ideas?
