Move PDC To new Server

Pretty basic setup here.  I have setup SEVERAL NEW domains, but never had to migrate.

1)  Current Production Server Running Windows 2003 Enterprise
2)  Environment has but one DC, DNS, WINS, DHCP (this one server does it all)

Situation:  Server hardware failing, RAID, etc.  New server was purchased.  DNS, WINS, DHCP, I think I can easily figure that out on the new server.  My question is reviewing this stuff you have to move and change a lot (global catalogs, FSMO).

Any easy way to explain or any decent tutorials out there?  This should be a pretty easy change really considering its not that large of an environment.

Thanks

To move the FSMO roles see http://www.petri.co.il/transferring_fsmo_roles.htm
Dont forget also to make another machine a global catalog and DNS server
Point all clients at the new machine as their preferred DNS server.

DNS is easy to move. Just Install DNS on the new machine and allow it to replicate.

You can set any DC to be a GC in Active Directory Sites and Services - just expand the sites and servers and click the global catalog option under the NTDS properties.

To move DHCP see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/325473
