How to set password protection inside a share drive of specific folder?

Hi, experts, I want to ask how to set a password protection on a network share
inside the folder?
My server DC was Microosft server 2003, i share the folder in server 2003,
My expectation is when user(Clients) mapped to a network drive, they can click inside in it by using logon script,
but insdie the share drive, can i password protect with one or two specific folder inside of it?
some have important data in specific folder inside share drive, can i have password protection on it?
Can have a windows outcome promote user for id and password will be the best.
any methods can successsul achieve this?
