BLUE SCREEN ERROR ON NEW WINDOWS SERVER INSTALL

This is a brand new installation of the OS.  (Windows Server 2003 Standard Ed. R2 SP2 x64 )
I've loaded all updated BIOS INF files.  

I am getting a BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH ERROR (Please refer to the photo)  
After the Disk.sys Blue Screen Error the system reboots again and again.. Showing blue screens each time..  Eventually it will boot into the OS, but it is not stable.  

I am desperate to solve this!  

I've reinstalled using a mirrored and non-mirrored OS Configuration.. And still get the Blue Screen.

SERVER CONFIGURATION

Motherboard S 5000 VSA Serverboard, 2 x QuadCore 1.8 Ghz // 8 Gig Ram ECC
I've got a windows 2003 standard server R2 x 64, SP2.  
The OS drives are mirrored on a PNY PCI-e DATA II Controller,
I''ve got six Seagate 320 G setup as a RAID 5 on a Highpoint 2320 RocketRAID x8 Controller.
