When I try Raise Forest Functional level .. I got this error message<br />

The NTDS-DSA object:<br />
CN=NTDS<br />
Setting\blalballa,CN=LostA<wbr />ndFoundCon<wbr />fig,CN=Con<wbr />figuration<wbr />,DC=CIT,DC<wbr />=com<br />
is not properly configured and is preventing the forest functional level from being raised. <br />
It refers to the domain controller<br />
CIT-NT\blablabla. If this domain controller is off-line, then bringing it back on line may cause replication that will repair the configuration. Otherwise delete this object using the ADSI Edit MMC snapin or a similar tool.<br />

The CIT-NT was a domain controller at the remote site but no longer in our network or in use. We also already deleted it in DNS or OU. How do I delete this server so I can raise domain functional level?<br />
