A customer of our's Exchange server crashed. We were able to backup their information store and public folder store. Things are back up now, with these stores reincorporated (they had a hard repair done on them, to fix issues). Mail arrives at the server, but gets stuck in the Local Delivery queue. At this point, there are 490 emails stuck in the local delivery queue.
What are the best ways to analyze this issue? I'm bordering on calling Microsoft with a business critical case. Simon, hopefully you can lend a nugget of advice in this situation.
Thanks,
