Terminal Server IP printing issue

Asked by johan_strange in Windows 2003 Server

Hi, I have a TS printing issue that I am struggling with.

I have a printer in a remote office with a public IP address, I can ping it and I can log onto it using a browser. I have created a Standard TCP/IP port on a Windows Server 2003 TS and created a printer however I can not send any print jobs to the device. It worked on a Windows 2000 TS but a recent upgrade to 2003 has introduced this. I have checked that the Firewall is not blocking the job and when I run Ethereal locally the print job does not look like it is being redirected. Other Computers on the network can print to this ok, its only the TS.

I can print to IP Printers internally but not on an external network.

Any ideas?
Many  thanks
