Server Reboots By Itself

Zones: Windows 2003 Server, SQL Server 2005, Remote Desktop/Terminal Services
Hi Guys,

I have a IBM Server with 4 cpus and 8 GB RAM using Windows SVR 2003, Terminal Server is installed on this server and SQL Server 2005 is also installed on this server. Ever since I have installed SQL Server the server reboots by itself once a week, also noticed that the performance has degarded after installing SQL Server. The major problem is rebooting of the server which has caused the database corruption.

Will appreciate if anyone can help me to find out the cause of rebooting the server and how can I troubleshoot.
