Sound does not work on Aopen s760gxm-US board with Windows 2003 Server Enterprise

I have installed Windows 20003 server enterprse edition on my Aopen board s760gxm-us, but the sound is not working.  The same computer has a XP hard disk which the sound is working fine.

The bios onboard audio is enabled.  Audio service is running in windows server.  I can install the driver came along the board.  Then I suspected of that driver, downloaded new driver from manufacturer, uninstalled existing and installed new.  Also, tried with drivers available from other sources for Ac97.

All does not seem to work.  Anyone could imagin where I am gone wrong?
