error messages in DNS after IP Addressing change

Hi, we have a Windows 2003 Domain
we have had to re-do our IP Addresses scheme
after doing so, all our Windows XP/Pro PCs took a long time to login,
found error messages in DNS - will all our clients, still showing our old IP addresses....

And there are certain domains to which we cannot email either... we use Exchange 2003 SP2 on the 2003 DC -

here is one error message we get

Could not deliver the message in the time limit specified.  Please retry or contact your administrator.
            <domaion.com #4.4.7>

      user@domain.ca

here is example 2
doamin.domain.com #4.0.0 smtp;450 DNS lookup failed, please check PTR record of your mail server.>
