User Cannot delete his own File on a Redirected Folder

First off, the redirected folder is just his My Documents, and he is the Owner of the file.
I have a User that somehow his permissions got screwed up on his Redirected Folder. I've searched all over the internet for some help on getting this resolved. I've tried numerous things to get it to delete, but with no luck.

I can delete it being a domain admin, of course. Give him local admin, doesn't change a thing, because technically, he is deleting it off the server.

When I check all the permissions, I see he has Full Control, he is the owner of it, but he can't move it or delete.

I've even tried deleting the whole profile and starting over, and he still can't delete, but other ppl can. Any help would be appreciated, I understand it may not be a permissions thing, it may be a Redirected Folder Setting I screwed up.
