Adding Another Server to the network

What is the best practice in regards to adding a server to the existing network?
I currently have an SBS 2003 which has sharepoint & exchange running.  We are pretty much max-ed out on the 75 limit.  I spoke to several people that upgrading it causes a lot of issues so we have decided to purchase a new server a long with Server 2003 Enterprise and Exchange Server 2003 and Sharepoint 2003.  What should I do next?  Can I convert the SBS to a Sharepoint & Exchange Server and the new server will be for application and file server only?  What is the best steps, because I know I can't do this overnight?  Thanks I'll definitely reward 500 points for this.Start Free Trial
