HP Laserjet printer errors and to print out the documents i need to select Documents and Restart the job.

Hi Experts,

  I have an HP Laserjet 3050 series printer attached via USB to a server2003 box. Everytime a user sends a print job it doesn't print, I then take a look at the printer's queue on the server and the status is ERROR - Printing...i then select the job and go to Document and hit restart and they start printing. What can be causing this?Start Free Trial
