Admin Permission issue?

Just installed 2k3 standards, updates&etc all fine now I just joined it to our domain with the Administrator account I cant install anything from share drives? Other servers/workstations are fine with same logon too&. I could read a documents, notepads and pictures in the share but not to install stuff attached error? I tried to copy the actual exe or install folder to the server desktop or C drive same issue?

Add the Domain Administrator (what Im using) to the administrator group to
the local box also add the box name for IE to trust same issue still& then I
logged on with another domain admin account everything is fine??
When i copy something from the share to the box to run i get this with the
Admin account...

There are two fixes for this on a domain level.

You could create a GPO and add these UNC paths and other sites you trust as trusted sites.

The second is to reduce your security by simply disabling IE enhanced security in Control pannel Add/Remove programs Windows components. This renders the machine more vulnerable and is not the recommended way to fix this issue.
I've lowered internet explorer security for Local Area Network, but are you sure a LAN trusted IP address will be correctly process by Internet Explorer beginning by // instead of \\? 'cos \\ is not allowed in internet explorer...
it forces me to use https:// prefix. This has nothing to do with a local IP addres... :O
I mean... the Mac is not using https protocol to serve the files, right?...
