How to run an offline defragmentation of the database?

Zones: Windows 2003 Server, Exchange Email Server, Email Servers
Tags: Microsoft, Exchange Server, 2003, Running an offline defragmentation to the database.
I removed a mailbox from Exchange Server 2003 but the disk space did not decrease.  It was recommended to me that I run an offline defragmentation of the database, but I am unsure how to do this?  Can someone help explain this to me?
