The hard disk has only 350 mb disk space left

Tags: Dell, power edge2800, SBS 2003 standard, Disk Space

The server has a large hard disk installed 250 gb- partion as follows:
C: = 12gb  D: = 238gb

The C drive is now showing only 350mb left. Similar thing happned a few months ago and after moving the Exchange server datafile pointing to D we had just over 4GB space, now its becoming a problem as it cannot accept any updates due to space problem.
Is there a way to move or increase the C drive space - in order to avoid complwte re-install? I will appreciate any assistance
