Network drive shares going faulty, please help!

All the users in our company have a folder on our server that is setup as their "H" network drive.
As an example, the folders on the server look like this:
C:\userfolders\Steve
C:\userfolders\Bill
C:\userfolders\John

OK.
Now its set in the AD to set that folder as their H network drive.

The problem is sometimes a user's H drive is the "C:\userfolder", so they can see and eccess all the user's folders, when they log off and on again its all sorted again.
So internal security and privacy is compromised everytime this happens.
