Domain Controller doesn't work as a Global Catalogue server.

Hi There,

I'm currently in the middle of a SBS2003 to Standard 2003 Server Migration (w/Exchange 2007). Everything seemed to be going fine until i turned of the Global Catalogue on the SBS Box. Global Catalogue was enabled for the new server in sites and services, yet exchange 2007 on the same box said it couldnt find a GC in the forest.

Here is a DCDIAG.EXE of the affected server.... any ideas???
