Override filesystem permissions on inaccessible folder.

I have an odd issue.
Somehow it seems that all permissions have been revoked from a folder on a Windows 2003 server that i administer.

As a local, or domain administrator, i cannot do anything to this folder, not even view it's contents, i cannot change its permissions, or even view them.

I need to find a way to reset the permissions on this folder, or remove it altogether.
