Manage external, non-domain DHCP from internal MS Management Console

Asked by cconlee in Windows 2003 Server, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Enterprise Firewalls

We have to DHCP servers, one inside our firewall and one outside.
The internal is part of our domain.  The external server can't see our domain.
I can manage the internal DHCP with the Microsoft Management Console from my Vista workstation just fine.

Trying to access the external DHCP gives the error:
Access is Denied
You do not have access to this DHCP server . . .

Can I manage the external DHCP from MMC?Start Free Trial
