Can't delete ntuser.dat file  for an account no longer in use on terminal server

I want to delete oll roaming profiles but I can't delete the ntuser.dat file
on the terminal servers
The account has been deleted within AD, but I cannot delete the ntuser.dat file on the terminal servers
