VSS problem with Storage Server Cluster

Asked by pleyden1974 in Windows 2003 Server, Operating Systems Miscellaneous, Hard Drives & Storage

Tags: Microsoft, Storage Server, 2003 SP2, Clustered with SAN

I am running a Windows Storage Server 2003 cluster with SAN backend. I have enabled Virtual Shadow Copies as per MS (http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/e8489f0e-cd4d-4257-9178-e1325792b67f1033.mspx?mfr=true). However when I failover the cluster nodes the shadow copies dissappear and I have to recreate them again.
I am running VSS on Volumes D:\ and E:\ (both on the SAN) with the Volume Shadow Copies being created on F:\ (on SAN also).

Has anyone come accross this problem before? - Would love any advice.
