I have some computers who can not find the domain

Some of the computer that are new are having a problem find the domain so they can be joined to it.  I am also having a problem where some computers can connect to the internal network but not the internet.
The DHCP service is going through an AS/400 system and DNS is on a Windows 2003 server.Start Free Trial
