Terminal Servers - Need Language Packs

Hey everyone,

I've got an NLB Terminal Server cluster that I'm trying to pack with as much stuff as I can before I group the servers.  

I've now got employees from Germany, France, and all over Asia that will be using this node.

Where are the language packs that I need for Windows 2003 R2 and will they work for both the OS / Browser / and Office 2003?
