Script to modify permissions on some registry keys

I need some help!  I need to know if it is possible to create a script to assign a specified username to have Read permissions to the following registry keys:

1.            Local Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\winreg
2.            Local Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog
3.            Local Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Perflib

It would be ideal to run the script and be prompted for the username, but we could manually edit the script each time if necessary.  I am not very good at writing scripts so any help would be great!  Thanks....Start Free Trial
