Windows 2003 Server - Automatic Updates prompts for .Net Framework 1.1, after install .Net 2.0 SP1

On several servers after we have run Windows Update for .Net 2.x we still see Automatic Update prompt to install service pack for .Net 1.1 is this expected can this be changed?

If we install .Net 3.0 will we see these prompt go away, is there a service pack yet for .Net 3.0.
