WSUS 3.0 and GPO Setting - Global Time Structure for Restarts

Hey everyone,

I've got 18 sites in 8 countries around the world.  I want the Domain Controllers to auto install and reboot the Windows updates...so in the GPO I pick option:
4 - Auto download and schedule the install

The time is set to Sunday at 6am.

Now this domain is global, and it has 12 domain controllers in the OU that are not geographically identifiable.

***My Question***
Will the updates install and restart the servers based on the WSUS's local time, or will it use the server's local time settings?

So for example...
EST in the US...the DC's install the Windows updates on Sunday at 6am and then restart if they need.
in Asia, which is 12 hours difference, their servers have already done the same thing but 12 hours earlier.

Trying not to have all DCs reboot at once is my concern.
