Active Directory its not working

Hi,
I have 2 servers, both are DC, the principal its not working, I look for some answers, but most of them ask me to go ank chek for DNS configuration. The problem is that I cannot get DNS information in the primary server because it tells me that I dont have AD working.

At this moment, I can work because the other server have all the information, but Im having some problems and I dont know what to do to recover the principal server.

Both servers are Win2003Server.Start Free Trial
