Question

WSUS 2.0

I am pulling my hair out, this problem comes back to haunt me every time I try to update one of my servers.

ok here it is.
WSUS 2.0 200+ servers, everything works great.
I add a new server to the domain, it gets the right policy, rsop shows no problems.
I wait hours, and no yellow shield pops up for my updates.
I restart the server multiple times
I try Wuauclt.exe /resetauthorization /detectnow
nothing
the log has no errors
the wsus server shows the server, but has the blue ! and says it hasn't reported status yet.

PLEASE HELP! Going to pull my hair out!!
