Creating a group policy in Windows 2003 server

Asked by seaweed27 in Windows 2003 Server, Active Directory

I would like to create a group policy I think.  I want all users on a domain to have 2 mapped drives and vnc (hidden no sys tray icon), and printers,  3rd party desktop shortcuts etc.   Do i just create one user the way i want everything and then use that account to copy from?  sorry for such a silly question, just havent been able to pull it off yet and im running out of time.
