Print Spooler on Windows Server 2003 Stops Automatically

The Print Spooler Service STOPS by itself. The Server is running Windows Server 2003 and it is a dedicated Terminal Server. It has no other uses. Many users complain of printing issues. When I come to investigate, I see that Print Spooler is stopped. I have to manually restart it for users to be able to print.
