What would cause MS Cluster Error Event IDs 1055 and 1069 to occur then clear up within seconds?

Over the past couple of days, the following event ID's have been recorded:

Source: ClusSvc
Category: File Share Resource
Event ID 1055
Cluster File Share resource 'xxx' has failed a status check. The error code is 58.
Data (Word): 0000: 0000003a (which translates to "The operation completed successfully")

Source: ClusSvc
Category: Failover Mgr
Event ID 1069
Cluster resource 'xx' in Resource Group 'xx' failed.

These both happen at the same time for all (2) of the file shares on the Cluster. They both resolve within 5 seconds with the following:

Source: ClusSvc
Category: Failover Mgr
Event ID 1201
The Cluster Service brought the Resource Group "xx" online

Seems like something is bringing the entire cluster group down. The cluster doesn't actually fail over to the stand-by unit, but the systems using the file shares notice the brief outage. No scheduled tasks are kicking off at this time on the cluster servers. Any ideas or help would be appreciated!
