Can I purchase a legal Server 2003 key online?

I have a client who has upgraded software applications running on their Windows 2000 Server machine running Active Directory which I setup for them initially.  These software upgrades require a Server OS upgrade (client did not know it when she contracted the development of the app).

I need to upgrade their 2000 Server machine to Windows Server 2003 this weekend.  I have access to the media (CD), but need to purchase a valid license.  Can I purchase the license online and obtain it immediately?

I'm also happy to purchase a boxed version from a box store (Staples, Office Max, Best Buy, etc), but can't find them in any of these stores.
