Print Spooler keeps stopping

After a reboot a couple of days ago, the print spooler service will not stay on.  Symantec BackupExec was installed.  I removed it and restarted and have the same results.  The service will start and then stop.  In the event lo it references ID 7031 and 7032.  All windows patches have been installed.
