Monitoring / Backup give The page cannot be found.

This is a pretty new SBS installation with all the latest service packs and updates. When I try to access Backup or Monitoring and Perfomance section of Server Management I receive "The Page cannot be found". This is also true for the Backup section. I've tried KB 842693 with no results. Here' s a few screenshots just to clarify:
