Installing Certificate Services

I recently installed Server 2003 on a new server. During setup I installed Certificate Services. A couple of weeks later I upgraded the server to a DC which required that I remove Certificate Services. After upgrading to a DC I went to reinstall Certificate Serives. During the install of Certificate Services a popup asked for the location of a file. I pointed to the windows cd but I still get an error that the file can not be found. Any suggustions or where I can download the install files?
