Is there a way to block the workstations from copying files from the server? But allow a single program to access the same files?

We have a windows server set as a file server with a domain based network, the problem is that our accounting system is a older software and requires a mapped folder (G: drive) to work.. But we are concerned that anyone can copy all the files from the drive G: using the windows explorer.. Is there a way to block access to that specific drive but still allow a desktop link to an executable on that same drive?Start Free Trial
