Print Server

Hi,

need help in windows server 2003 R2.

Installed the above server and updated all the patches & Service packs.

We installed print server on this and added one network printer. The Server is having two network cards. One we connected to our Lan and other i connected to Printer with Static IP. Shared the printer and Assigned permissions. Users are able to configure the printer and give prints. no problem till here.

I want to manage this Print Server from the server directly or from my system which is having windows XP. But i am not able to find the printer management console in Administrator Tools in this Server.
