all the steps it take to get a functional website under Win2003 server

I have a website running on a third party hosted server.  It works.  I am trying to set up my own Win2003 server and host the website myself.  I have FTF'd the content to the new machine.  I have mimiced the IIS settings.  Website won't launch from my local machine.  I want to make sure it works before I change my settings at NetworkSolutions.  If I were to start completely over, what steps would I take?Start Free Trial
