DFS file replication doesn't appear to be replicating all the data....

Then you look at the source and the desination there are big differences in the number of files and Folders.  We have is Scheduled to run after 6 pm to 6 am from all our remote sites.  Amount of data doesn't see to matter as we have one that is only 300 mb and all the data doesn't seem to be replicating even though it is suppose to.  there are no errors in the DFS even log other then the staging folder size which is purging without any issues.  What are a doing is using this to backup all our client remote data so when we had a restore request come in we are not able to restore his file.  As you can imagine this has a lot of people not happy with the department right now.  I have verified the topology without error.  Both servers can see each other and DNS is working fine.  If there was an error to go on I would be a lot happier...
