How can I prevent users from deleting files or moving directories in the Windows2003 server but still access to add files for directories

I'm using Windows 2003 Sever, my problem is that other users have access to this server, sometimes by mistake a user might move or delete a directory by mistake. How can I prevent anyone from doing this but at the same time have all rights to it.Start Free Trial
