Question about adjusting rights for users logging into DC and non-dc servers

I would like to give some non-DomainAdmins rights to log in to some of our DC and nonDC server, but only so they can just reboot them.

Are there any suggestions on how to really lock down an account and only give a user the right to reboot a server?Start Free Trial
