Problem in long time loading personal  profile settings when connection to windows 2003 server

Hi All,

I have a issue with a few workstations in relation to the time it takes to load the personal profiles while connecting to a windows 2003 domain controller. If you take the network cable out and use wireless connection instead the profiles load very quickly and boot up time really increase.
