Setup 2 NIC cards on 2 networks in one machine.

Installed server 2003 on a PC (will call this server E  for now), with 2 nics, to act as an intermediary between 2 other servers on 2 different networks ( The other 2 servers we will name  as "A" and "B"). Problem I having is when server "A" starts talking with server "E", server "B" is no longer able to communicate with "E". I have tried changing binding order for the 2 Nics on server "E" and still get the same results, thought promoting one over the other would help, but this was wrong. Can somone please provide me with the correct setup procedure for a machines with 2 nics on 2 networks?
